Acceptable Use Policy Effective date: June 27, 2026 Purpose and scope This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets the standards of conduct for everyone who uses The Relationship Recruiter, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), including clients, candidates in our network, prospective members, and visitors to our website (each, a "user"). It applies to our website, our matchmaking services, our events, and all communications with us and, through us, with other people in our network. By inquiring with us, joining our network, or using our services, you agree to this Policy. It works together with our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any agreement you sign with us. Where a signed client or candidate agreement applies, that agreement controls if there is a conflict. Eligibility and age You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use our services. Our services are intended for adults seeking adult relationships. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will remove anyone we learn is underage. Lawful use only The Relationship Recruiter website, services, or network may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner that is not harmful to other participants. Transmission, distribution, or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law, regulation, right, or license is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, other intellectual property right which is distributed, stored, or transmitted without proper authorization, material covered by any export control law, and material which is obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, or harassing in nature. You must represent yourself honestly We are built on trust. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your identity, relationship status, and what you are looking for. You agree not to impersonate anyone, misstate your background, or conceal material facts. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal from our network and, for clients, may affect your engagement and any refund under your agreement. Prohibited content and conduct You may not use our website, services, events, or network, and you may not submit, share, or transmit any content, to do or facilitate any of the following. This list is not exhaustive. Illegal acts. Any activity that violates applicable federal, Tennessee, or local law, or that facilitates or promotes unlawful conduct. Sexually explicit profile content. Pornographic or sexually explicit images, video, or text in profiles, photos, messages, or any material you provide to us. Profile and dating materials must be appropriate for a professional matchmaking service. Child sexual exploitation or abuse. We have zero tolerance for any content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a minor. This includes child sexual abuse material and any attempt to solicit, groom, or sexualize a minor. We will remove such content, terminate the user, preserve relevant information, and report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law. Sexual violence and non-consensual content. Any content or conduct depicting, promoting, threatening, or facilitating sexual assault, coercion, or any sexual activity without clear consent. This includes sharing intimate images of any person without their consent. Human trafficking and sexual services. Any facilitation of human trafficking or sex trafficking, commercial sexual services, prostitution, or escort arrangements. We are a matchmaking service for genuine relationships, not a venue for paid or coerced sexual activity. Scams, fraud, and financial exploitation. Any scam, fraudulent scheme, or deceptive activity intended to defraud, manipulate, or financially exploit another user, including romance scams, solicitation of money or gifts under false pretenses, phishing, and money laundering. Harassment, threats, and hate. Bullying, stalking, intimidation, threats of violence, or content that harasses, degrades, or promotes hatred or discrimination against a person or group. Privacy violations. Sharing, publishing, or misusing another person's private or identifying information without consent, including information you learn through our service about a client, candidate, or match. Misuse of the service. Using contact details or information obtained through us for any purpose other than the introduction we facilitate, including marketing, recruiting, solicitation, or building your own lists. Security and technical abuse. Spam, malware, scraping, unauthorized access, or any attempt to disrupt or compromise our website or systems. Safety expectations For everyone's protection, we plan introductions in public locations and screen the people we introduce. You are responsible for your own choices and conduct on any date or at any event, including any decision to meet in a private setting or to continue contact after a planned date. You agree to treat the people you meet through us with respect and to conduct yourself safely and appropriately. Conduct that threatens the safety, dignity, or privacy of another person is grounds for immediate removal. Reporting a violation If you believe someone has violated this Policy, or you have a safety concern, contact us at info@relationshiprecruiter.com. We review reports and take the action we judge appropriate. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first. Enforcement We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending or removing a user from our network, ending a client engagement, preserving and disclosing information as the law requires, and reporting to the appropriate authorities. For clients, the consequences of a violation, including any effect on fees or refunds, are governed by your signed agreement. We are not liable for the conduct of any user, and being part of our network or completing a background screening is not a guarantee of any person's safety or character. Changes to this Policy We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on our website with its effective date.
